Appendix A - Writing Templates

These are suggested (not mandatory) formats for writing the plan. It's helpful to use a template because it that incorporates all the language of Appendix C for headings and has optional charts that help organize the data and information required he data and information that needs to be reported.

Most templates use "Appendix C - Plan Criteria" as a guide for numbering, labeling and using left hand column criteria for guidance. Other templates based on district size or other factors are also included.

CTAP Region 6

This is a generic writing template used in Region 6.
